the ovenlight saga

Stefanie grew up in the dry, desert plains of west Texas in the Midland/Odessa area, and for the last few years has lived in the piney, coastal woods near Houston, Texas - where she enjoys being an aunt to 3 fantastic kids.

​

English was one of her least favorite subjects in school, so she never, EVER pictured herself writing a book, especially not a fictional one.

​

She is a graduate of Texas State University with a B.F.A. in Communication Design, which she officially uses for freelance graphic design jobs, but mostly for making memes (which she is sure her mom would be so proud of).

​

Just like Ella, her favorite food is pizza.  Developing Celiac disease was a major bummer, so she's always on the lookout for good gluten-free pizza. Following Jesus is the most important thing in her life, and she believes - as Edward does - in saving sexual intimacy for marriage.

P.s. If you’re wondering if I’m team Edward or team Jacob - I’m neither.  Edward is not attractive to me, I don’t think he’s cute, he thinks he knows what’s best for Bella and walks around hating himself all the time.  Jacob also thinks he knows what’s best for Bella, I mean his theory makes more sense, but you can’t force it. Charlie, who’s her dad and should know just a little bit about what *might* be best for Bella, thinks it’s best to send her off to Jacksonville to live with her mom instead of sending her to therapy. So I’m not going to choose who or what is best for Bella - ONLY SHE can do that - but the girl definitely needs therapy to deal with her abandonment issues.
